Make the web
buildable by anyone.

Deecite turns plain words into real, secure websites. We’re a small, senior team building the tool we always wished existed — and we’re hiring people who care about getting it right.

How we work

01

Build for anyone

Our user might be a baker, a founder, or a developer. We sweat the details so that someone who has never written a line of code ships something they’re proud of.

02

Precision is the craft

Deecite makes a promise: what you describe is what you get. We hold a high bar for correctness, security, and the small touches that make a tool feel trustworthy.

03

Own the whole loop

We work end to end — from the first sentence a user types to the live, secure site. Small team, wide scope, real ownership over what you ship.

04

Show, don’t sell

We’d rather ship a thing that obviously works than talk about it. Demos over decks, prototypes over promises, clarity over hype.

What we offer

Remote-first

Work from anywhere in the US or EU time zones. We meet up in person a few times a year.

Meaningful equity

Early, senior team — everyone owns a real piece of what we’re building.

Health, covered

Medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents, fully paid.

Learning budget

$2,000 a year for books, courses, and conferences — no approval needed.

Your setup

A workstation of your choosing and a stipend for a home office that works.

Real time off

Minimum four weeks, and we mean it. Rest is part of doing good work.

How hiring works

01

Intro call

A 30-minute conversation about your work, what you’re looking for, and what we’re building.

02

Show your craft

A practical exercise close to the real job — paid, scoped to a few hours, no trick questions.

03

Meet the team

Talk with the people you’d work with day to day, then an offer. Usually under two weeks, start to finish.
